On the Moov operates as a collective care network. That means your voice, preferences, and access needs are central to how support is shaped. In our intake meeting, we’ll talk through what access looks like for you, your preferences around volunteer identities, and how we can co-create support that feels right for you.
 

If you begin receiving weekly support through On the Moov, we’ll ask you to stay in active communication with us. This includes sending your shift schedule by the expected deadline each week and letting us or your matched volunteers know about any changes—like added or canceled shifts—as soon as possible. This helps us maintain reliability and mutual respect across our network.
